For those who have decided to stay with us, as we stated in the price increase notification you received earlier, the wholesale energy prices are sky-high, it is with great regret that we must inform you:

 

We encourage you to switch to other energy retailers while their offers are still competitive. You can find your best rates on Energy Made Easy website (if you are in Victoria, please go to Victorian Energy Compare) or any other comparison sites.

 

As your dedicated retailer, we felt it’s a part of our obligation to advice that as winter comes, switching to another retailer may help handling the rising living costs. If you wish to make the switch, we recommend you do so as soon as possible.

 

Transferring to another retailer is easy, you don’t need to give us a heads up unless you have a question or something we can help you with.
